With 16 years experience in the Information Technology industry, covering roles involving programming, asset production, teaching, hardware and retail, the transition to contemporary fine arts has seen digital assets become integral to my practice and collaborations. Over the past few years, in addition to my practice, I have acted as an educator, team leader, consultant and developed local, national and international projects for clients pursuing research into experimental web media, new media, augmented reality, virtual reality and geolocation based applications.
A network of peers and academic colleagues in conjunction with a solid foundation of digital technologies has allowed me to adapt in a rapidly evolving industry. Past industry experience additionally has enabled me to apply my skill sets to teach and lead teams throughout the north coast through various community organisations, projects and events.
